Prasonisi Beach is located at the southern tip of Rhodes. The distance to the northern spots is approximately 100 kilometers. Prasonisi Beach is a strip of sand connecting the mainland of Rhodes and a small island. Right of the beach strip, there is a wave spot. Left of it, flat water can be found. Prasonisi is known for its stronger winds, compared to all other spots on Rhodes. The wind direction is onshore on the wave side and offshore on the flat water side. There are three surf / kite centers.

Prasonisi is a good spot and has the strongest winds on the island. However, Prasonisi can be crowded and there is little evening entertainment, at least without using a car. You can find information on Prasonisi at prasonisi-beach.com.
